Yes, this was on the SciFi channel. They played it IIRC over a year ago, and then
3-6 months later. It was horribly implausible, and fairly silly. A girl I know on
line loves these things. I could ask her, but she tends to not answer her e-mail

for long periods of time (like months).

Basically IIRC a group of scientists under commercial control were experimenting with
it for energy, and on a second trial, the man in question was in a chamber and was
playing with a specific part of the equipment, and in some magical accident he
effectively became "ground" for a stream of dark matter. He then started being able
to mentally control the targeting of this energy.
I especially remember getting a good laugh at the various high energy electrical devices
they were using to be part of their dark matter equipment.

Good luck finding it, since there doesn't seem to be an easy way to find synopsis
for SF channel films.

Unfortunately, the retards at SciFi channel think that Flash is the GOD, and not only
is navigating their site a fucking nightmare, it takes forever, it always has to reload
and then run the same flash movie crap everytime, you can't follow multiple
links off the same page ("open in a new window), and a large number of their Flash
links are either not active or they go to a "404" page. I've hated their site and
avoid it like it is diseased (which it is), for more than 5 years. More than half
of
their flash stuff doesn't play on my computer, and much of it is either infected,
or caused browser crashes and hangs (could be the advertising, but since everything
is flash, there's no way to narrow it down).
