You might want to just go to www.anidb.net and do a search on their
genre category using "ecchi" or "harem" as the term.  A lot of info
(and selections) will come up on the initial search, and you can
actually see which series have actually been fansubbed and by whom.

Wish they'd load the database with the licensee's for various countries
as well...

Oh, and if you can stand the outright silliness of it, Jungle de Ikou
was severely ecchi and had fanservice and shock value (in the rather
non-cnesored presentation of a fertility dance with all the appropriate
icons).  I liked the music in it as well.
