I don't have much time to watch anime any more,
but the recent anime that I have been watching are:
REC and Futari ha Pre Cure Splash Star.

REC is a story about a young female seiyuu who is just starting out,
and the guy she happens to meet when her apartment burns down.
Each episode is only about 10 minutes, and there were 9 episodes.
It just ended.
It's not highly ecchi, but there are some adult situations.

Futari ha Pre Cure Splash Star is a magical girl fighting
story aimed at little girls.  It's actually the third PreCure
series, but they reset everything as all the characters changed
from the first two series.

LOTS of panty shots.  Pretty funny too.
