Some recent changes in the site have prevented me from using it,
lately...

However, if you have a mac you can get the local version, called
JEDict.  It's available either off their site or off of
Versiontracker.com.
It has all the dictionaries built together.  Though it's ability to
provide romaji is severely limitd.
