Well, the characters have conjectured (and are probably correct) that at full power
with all three gems Ryoko can probably create LHW "just like Tenchi", and Tenchi has
used his to reverse the flow of matter around a singularity.  So I'd say that your

paragraph is probably fairly accurate - and that there's already evidence of such
within the series.

So far, its been more a question of what Tenchi can't do when he activates his wings
as opposed to what he can do.
