     Fuku was specifically made for Seina by Washuu to ease
Tenchi's concern for his friend, Seina.  There is no real
difference between Fuku and her older sibling, Ryo-Oh-Ki.  The
only difference is that Ryo-Oh-Ki has access to Washuu's jewels
and Fuku does not.  However, when Fuku is connected to a Royal
Tree, such as Kiriko's Mitsuki or Seina's first-generation Royal
Tree Seed, the effect is similar (with obvious differences in
power).  This is because Ryo-Oh-Ki types are compatible with the
power of the Choushin and act as power amplifiers.
