Hey all, my HDD is starting to act up very badly so
I'm gonna use some of my xmas money to purchase
a new one. I'm trying to keep it under $100 and
get most bang for my buck. The one I saw that I liked
so far is a 160gb (8mb Cache) Samsung HDD which
is Ultra ATA133 and 7200rpm. It's only $93.69 total
from newegg.com and the OEM version. Thing is that
I've never used a Samsung drive before. I've almost
always used Maxtor or Seagate since I've had such
crap luck with WD and Hitachi drives. Anyone had
experience with Samsung ones or know of a better
deal?

Here is a link for all specs:

I have friends who say some of the new WD and
Hitachi drives are very well done, but WD still has
some compatability issues.
