You are forgetting episode 6.  When Ryoko got slammed into the wall, she had blood
come out of her mouth.  Kagato whooped up on Ryoko something fierce.

I haven't been as impressed with the character designs this time.  At times, Ryoko
looks just dopey.  But my main complaint has been her wardrobe.  In OAV 2, she wore
a whole lot of stuff.  In OAV 3, she's either got a ton of the same outfit, or she's

in serious need of some cloth-washing!  ;-D
