No. From what I am told, Tsunami discouraged worship of her. Notice that Aeka does
not address Tsunami with any honorific (this is why I say leaving Japanese honorifics
in is so important). Aeka is very proper when it comes to using honorifics.
When Washu rejects being called "Washu-sama" (which is a proper way to address her
considering her importance) and wants to be called "Washu-chan", Aeka chafes at the
notion in part because it is not proper. Heck, Aeka even address Ryoko as
"Ryoko-san" despite the fact that Ryoko uses no honorific for Aeka except to tease
her.
Since this is how Aeka is, I found it very telling that she never places an honorific
next to Tsunami's name.
I believe that Airi-san's people do worship Tsunami as a goddess. I think this comes
out in the novel "Yosho" when Airi-san meets Funaho-ki for the first time (someone
correct me if I'm wrong).
Beyond that, I have no additional information.
