No. They're definitely aimed at males between 15 and 20. But that doesn't
mean they can't have female fans. Indeed it has been a trend in Japan for
quite a while that many manga and anime aimed at one gender find an
unexpectedly large following in the opposite gender. The traditional
shounen/shoujo-separation has been dissolving for 15 years or more
(and never really existed for anime anyway).
