This is a movie shot by famous Chinese director.

If you heard of a kick ass movie, it most probably is
the second one, which have big budget and very colorful
visual effects.  It was target at western audiance, as
local people does not like it that much.

Just rent them both at your nearest movie rental shop or
China Town.

AFAIK, there is no Region 9.  Do not buy them in Amazon,
