If you want resin garage kits:
Hobby Link Japan for the official stuff
ebay, if you don't mind bootlegs, some overpricing, and rip-offs

If you wan't other figures (like PVC and statuettes), at the moment,
most of those (except belldandy) are primarily available from a few US
distributors. Most of the older stuff in Japan is out of print, and
basically only available through Amazon.co.jp auctions.
However for new and re-issue material, I've been seeing some really
cool stuff (including Mizuho) available through Animaxis.com -- however
it's full retail there, plus shipping (Japan doesn't discount on new
releases).  I believe some character goods are being sold at
AnimeJungle.com, but it's currently not a major part of their store.

There are more, but I've forgotten a lot of them...
