Nvm, I got the damn thing to working. It seems
I had to wait for some kind of server reset. Now
I am downloading the patches so my play time
probably won't start until later today. I guarantee

  ID and get to billing information. I input my CC info and
  hit next to get a screen that says I'm declined. Hmmm,
  ok I recheck my info, then check my bank info. Everything
  looks fine. I retry and it says "Request not Processed -
  Try again later for security reasons". WTF???

  I heard this shit was happening several days ago due to
  maintenance on the payment servers, but that should
  have been finished like 2 days ago. Any suggestions?
