Any time I'm in combat, I use macros and keyboard commands for pretty much 
everything.  I only use the mouse when there's nothing important going on, 
and I'm feeling too lazy to type things in.  There are also some people in my 
LS that picked up a gamepad for the game, and swear that its much, much 
better than using a mouse.

Actually, I think last I'd heard was that the number was 500,000 players.  
The only game currently with more people playing is Everquest.

I signed up for the beta for that, although I doubt I'll get in.  I seem to 
have the worst luck getting into betas...
