I am looking for a good FREEWARE tool for making
VideoCDs.  I have Nero Express which came with my
CD-RW drive but when I try to make a VCD it frees up
on me.  Can anybody recommend anything good?  I've
been searching but I can't find anything other than
limited shareware you have to buy to get the full
features of.
