Quick, no.  It'll be a while.  At least 9 months from now before the
final disc is available (probably more if they keep getting delays),
and then you have to go through the dubbing and manufacturing
processes.  Definitely not quick.

However, AT LEAST 3 fansub groups did episode 14.  One was brand new
and very amateur (got a large number of the lines wrong).  Goto
animesuki.com and then "series" and then to "Tenchi Muyo."  If you are
lucky, some of the torrents will still be active.  These are the two
best.

Remember these are only the torrent files, not the videos... those are
250 & 350MB each...
Actually, they are all still seeded.  If you have a fast connection,
you could have them by morning.

It took 2-3 weeks for these fansubs to appear.
