I wouldn't... unless you're looking for bootleg material. ebay
doesn't protect buyers, only their power-sellers. So if someone
decides to rip you off, you will be out both product and money. The
only protection you get comes when your purchase reaches hundreds of
dollars or more, and you literraly have to spend that much or more in
lost time and effort (and deductables) if you do.

At the start fraud was low, but about 3 years ago, it became (in the
collectors market) about a 15% certainty in purchase/sales, and a 75%
certainty in actual product (look up GXP and all you will find are
bootleg copies of DVDs, or people selling fansubs they didn't sub, for
more than just the duplication cost). Recently I have even caught
bootleg photocopies of some of the sketchbooks (somebody copies them to
A4 paper, makes a color copy of the cover, and sells it for more than
you can buy the thing from Animaxis).

If you do use ebay, be VERY careful, know what price you SHOULD be
paying, and make certain it's legit. If you are buying from Japan,
expect high shipping time and charges, and NEVER buy anything from Hong
Kong or Singapore, unless you can guarantee your product won't get
stolen, or your payment (mail in these countries has NO security and
anything that looks like it has anything of worth in it will be stolen
-- guaranteed).
