No argument about the interface.  I use the keyboard to handle most of my 
actions (a coworker once joked that I typed at 200wpm before asking me what 
my actual speed was), have macros to handle some of the others, and the rest 
are fairly easy to do in the middle of a fight.
 

As for content...

Have you done any of the missions?

Not the quests (some of which are basic, and some of which have cutscenes and 
the whole nine yards), but the missions?  Windurst in particular is supposed 
to have good missions (I'm in Bastok, mind), and the first couple of Star 
Onion Brigade quests (SOB *cough* - and the pun does pop up) are a hoot 
(haven't done more than that yet).
 

Of course, you have to be able to put up with the evil, vile, cuteness of the 
Taru...
