Yes, episode 1 of OAV #3 or episode #14 is you would
like to call it has been out on DVD in Japan for about
a month or so now.  It is the first continuation of
the story of "Tenchi Muyo Ryu-Ohki" in almsot 8 years.
 And, it has been announced that there will be a 4th
OAV.

The TV series "Tenchi Muyo GXP" is coming to the US in
February of next year.  The series is a spin-off of
the OAV series starting a new character who named
Seina Yamada who knows Tenchi and a new cast of other
characters and some who are know from Kajishima
Masaki's "Shin Tenchi" novels which are set thousands
of years before the start of the OAV series.  The
timeline of GXP begans just after the events of the
3rd OAV series that is being released right now and
just before the beginning of the future 4th OAV.
