The OAV is named the same as the first two...."Tenchi
Muyo Ryo-Ohki".  In the US they were called just
"Tenchi Muyo".

The 3rd OAV is NOT available in the US yet but you can
find episode #14 online fansubbed on different
websites and on Kazaa.
