kWell, obviously they didn't run out of OAV plot line.. I mean, look at 
all the places they hinted at going with it in that little "here comes 
Jurai II" teaser? Personally, I think they changed the TV from the OAV so 
drastically because they wanted to explore some other areas of the 
characters personality... specifically Ryouko's, Aparnently (just watched 
25&26 again last night (twice, actually) and the ending is just so damed 
cool!!!!!)
