ok, so i tried dusting and a cleaning cd on my xbox, its still a stupid 
pile of crap. im just gonna break the thing open and try to dust the inside 
and see if that helps at all. anyone know anything i should be carefull 
about while doing this? or hell, how to even open it, i took a quick glance 
and diddn't even see any screw holes, i'll have to look again

i'm gonna have to just buy a new one probably, but they're still 180 bucks, 
gonna see if they drop for the holliday season
