I actually just bought this doujinshi, from a dealer on Ebay. Jeff has posted 
some of the tamer images over on the AFC's bulletin board at

The cover is definitely by Kajishima - there's a credit for it in English on 
the table of contents. The rest seems to be various guest artists. (IIRC, the 
other 'Kamidake Onsen' doujinshi is the same way - Kajishima cover, interior 
mostly guest art).

This doujinshi does have one interesting feature - twenty or so pages of what 
seem to be GXP character storyboard art/scene sketches, etc. I'm not sure 
exactly what you'd call them - they're poses from exact scenes, in black and 
white pencil, with some indication of shading and framing. I hesitate to use 
the 
 
term storyboards, because they're more detailed than that. Frame sketches of 
some kind, I'd guess. Greg, give me a reminder and I'll scan them for you - 
they 
 
would make a nice addition to your pan-shot page; a lot of them would look 
very interesting placed next to the final shots.
