Not like you can really see much of anything from the link provided... 
I guess the author is taking a nod from Kajishima-san...  Dual! in one
section, TenchiMuyo, in another...
Wonder if they have Agga Reutter in another section.

Awww screw it, I'd rather have a nice version of the cover...  Assuming
it's good art, since you can't tell from thumbnail (I personally would
love an art book selection of the cover from "Paradise City's" H-doujin
covers (which aren't H).
