It's very possible.
Tenchi has never chosen one girl over the other. Although, TMiL2 which
was
a continuation of TV1 basically shoves the other girls out of the way
and
pushes Ryoko into the position.
In TV2 it was still a bit weighed toward Ryoko, but Sakuya truly stole
his heart. Truly a great series no matter what most bozo's say. :-p
In the OVA's it's still definitely up in the air, but their have been
some
strong moments that involve Ryoko and Aeka. I'm still pulling for
Mihoshi
here though. :-p
In the GN's Mihoshi is the only person that has married Tenchi, but that
was
A dream sequence if I remember right. So he never chose.
In the TTN's I don't think he has chosen anyone, but as always it's a
Ryoko
And Aeka battle for love.

As always it leans heavily toward Ryoko with a solid helping of Aeka to
keep
some kind of balance. Although, you can never count out Mihoshi,
Washu-chan,
or Tsunami/Sasami. You could even consider Mayuka-chan(Yeah, she's his
daughter, but I saw'em make out.). :-p
