You will probably require either VLC or Quicktime 6 to view it (I can't
be certain, since my WMP will not download any new codecs.  It is
supposed to be a fully functional .mp4 file, so changing the extension
to .mp4 and trying it with your WMP *may* work (but don't expect
miracles, after all, it's MicroSoft).

Besides WMP is spyware and you should have VLC anyway!  ^_^
