Depends on what new series you mean. If you're referring to GXP, which
has cameos from the regular Tenchi crew but doesn't feature them, then
the answer is "sort of"; you can buy the Region 2 DVDs, and watch them 
in Japanese with no translations. Funimation has licensed the show, but 
hasn't said anything about when they'll begin their release.

If you're talking about OVA 3, the answer is "no"; those episodes 
haven't even been completed yet.
