According to http://www.pustan.com/ld/japan/t_muyo.html , it is a TV 
Preview promo. Which means it's probably a promotional disc 
previewing the TV series (Tenchi Universe TV series). Might be rare, 
but if Anime Jungle sold it for $5, it can't be too valuable.
