I think you confuse Tenchi with Keiichi, althought they have the
same voice.  Fujishima Kousuke sensei draws the Aa!Megami-sama
manga.  He has nothing to do with Tenchi Muyo.

BTW, Fujishima sensei is now in Paris, France, as a guest of
honour of an anime convention.
