It's a re-release of the whole TV series in a budget pack by ADV. 
It's basically all six discs in one big keepcase. They've also 
re-released Blue Seed, Generator Gawl, Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, 
and Shin Getter Robo like this.
