Don't some of those include the Japanese language posts? I'd say those are pretty on-topic when people are asking about why certain characters' names get romanized in such-and-such a way. Now I admit that there hasn't been a lot of strictly Tenchi stuff on the list today, but I know that I at least was keeping quiet while other people were talking about more important things (especially those who may have had friends around the area the accident occurred).
