There are several very nice magazines with lots of seiyuu picutes
recently.  It would probably be easiest if you can order those
from your friendly neighborhood Japanese good dealer..

Voice Gallery, Voice Animage, Voice Animage 2,
Seiyuu Grand Prix, Seiyuu Grand Prix 2 all have lots
of nice picutes.
I think Voice Animage and Seiyuu Grand Prix will come out every 3 months.

There is also a picture collection book for Shiina Hekiru (small book)
and Kusachi Fumie (big book).  There will be a Kouda Mariko book
coming out later this month.
