Okay, since I was the one who started all this, let me clarify my request:

It was NOT for a CD-ROM of images (i.e. GIF, JPEG).  It was for a Photo CD.

I was NOT suggesting Anime UK distribute it.  It was an informal, unofficial
request to Hitoshi and Peter for my own and other seiyuu otakus' enjoyment.

Having done many Photo CD's, I know in America that they are reasonably
inexpensive to do.  It works out here to roughly a dollar an image (with
a guaranteed minimum to cover the blank CD).  Duplication is a small fee
plus the cost of the blank.

I will trust to Hitoshi's and Peter's judgement as to which photos they
feel should be included.  I will happily sign any non-usage agreement
(or they can distribute photos "past their usage prime") and of course
acknowledge their own personal copyrights on the photos (except where
otherwise signed away).

I hope this clears things up a bit.
