Travel points are counted as ("round trip distance" / 200 km)
rounded down. (I'm not sure if the distances that I found
are correct..)
Any corrections or updates?
By the way the person who went to the most events in Japan
went to 196 last year. Also the person with the most
travel points is somewhere close to 200 travel points.
