Probably not many places like that, and maybe cost is a factor.
Maybe she'll do Shibuya Koukaidou (2000+) or Hibiya Koukaidou (2000+) next..

She had normal hair, but wore the Juuban Junior High outfit.
She did have a blue hairband in her hair.
