Well, I just got a copy of this (thanks, Hitoshi!).

Lots of photos of Kikuko.  Nine different themes, and nine different outfits.

	A flowered dress
	A long white nightgown
	Blue striped shirt and jeans, with yellow sweatshirt
	Blue-white blouse and long white skirt
	Pink-white checked dress
	Long pink dress
	Long white dress with white shawl
	Long black turtleneck dress
	Blue-white checked pajamas

Nothing too revealing, with only minor stuff in the nightgown and jeans
sections.

It also has a list of her non-anime credits, including movie dubs.  She
did the voice for Lea Thompson's character in "Howard the Duck", and
Jennifer Connoly's (sp?) character in "The Rocketeer".

Overall, it's a nice book, but nothing super-spectacular.
