They show up at random after you play other songs.

They have a higher base value, 200 omiyages total vs. 80 for the normal
nodes, plus or minus a few.  This is multiplied by LP multiplier you
chose and the bonus omiyage multiplier of the node (1x (no bonus), 1.5x,
2x, or 3x).

Since the base is higher, you should play all secret spots at 4x as that
gives the most omiyage per LP even if there is no bonus.
