You need to go somewhere with lots a large number of pokestops that
overlap and tourists. Then go on a weekend. Pokemon spawn
propabilities were inherited from a early game which based it on
cellurar data. More people playing the game the more pokemon.
Coronado has four pokestops and is a tourist trap. Weekends can see
lots of people sitting in the divid where the four stops overlap.
Install "Go Radar." It uses data from Poke Go ++ users to populate the
a database with spawned pokemon. Setup pokemon favorite with pokemon
you need, or the preevolved forms, and then look around for a place with
them.
