I was wondering why the scores were so high for the current event.
I didn't think Sunshine would be that popular..

I finally played the event song and figured it out.
They changed the rules!

You get more points for the songs.  In the previous normal events,
the hard and ex points were basically the same.
So if you can get S with some combo on hard, but can only get S
with no combo in ex, it was better to play hard.
But now you get more points for the ex even without the combo,
so it's better to play just ex.  Also they count the ex scores
for the score rankings, so there is no reason to play hard
any more.  The ex is pretty easy too.  I can't combo, but I
don't come close to dying.

Also you can work your way to 25k and get 2 SR Chikas
without regard to the rankings.
So that basically makes the ranking cutoff go over 25k
for the 2nd SR Riko.  I hope I can stay in the top 50k
without using more than 10 stones..
