For those fellow ML-er who cannot read Kanji, 日笠陽子 is Hikasa Youko,
who voiced elder sister Izumi (the very weak one) of Katanashi^H
Takanashi in Working!!

I remembered the author did the same when Asumi Kana 阿澄佳奈 announced
her marriage back in Jan 2014.  Let's see of I can find it.... Oh,
