I just signed up and tried it.
Premium is MUCH faster for the downloads.
Before I was getting under 100KB/sec, but now I get a few MB/sec.
But for the archived videos that I tried, I got the same file.

I'll try some more.

Downgrade or kicked off.. either way it wasn't good.

I'll be heading for the Anime Pia Channel public broadcast soon.
They say you can bring your PCs, so maybe they expect us to
watch the niconico broadcast while watching the event..

The first half of Anime Pia Channel is free, but the second half
costs money (a subscription in addition to the premium account).
