Asagaya Anime Street is a very narrow.  Any events held there tends to
be very small.  If they can use Shirobaco Cafe (40 seats) inside
Asagaya Anime Street, more people can go.

Shirobaco is currently holding the Gangsta event.  However, since the
anime production Manglobe (Kaminomi, Hayate no gotoku, etc.) of the TV
anime series Gangsta just went bankrupted, the event might be
cancelled and free up the venue...
