I got to 29700.
The pace was high at the end, but it wasn't much worse than
I was expecting, so I think I should be safe.
I don't think the cutoff can go up much more than 1000 in
the last 30 minutes, so the cutoff should be below 29000.

I added Honoka's event to the plot.
