Since the site that had the scores (and predictions)
for the current event is not updating the scores,
I made a simple 8000th place cutoff site.

The prediction is not good.  It's too low.
I'll try to make it smarter tomorrow. (^_^;
I'm not going for 8000th this time, but I want to
get this ready for the next time I try.
