Rumor: The OVA might be a series as well. Think Season 3,
but in an OVA form.

Rumor: The TV series will be a JFW that has currently not
been in print with either the anime, manga, twitter stories,
or doujinshi.

Rumor: TV series and OVA air in Spring 2014 season.

IMHO, the OVA rumor is likely and the TV rumor is
highly unlikely. As for airing it is possible, but I will
believe it when I see it advertised. :p
