It's where the old radio kaikan building used to be.
I don't remember the tank picture, but they keep changing
the picture there every couple weeks or so.

The previous one was for the Uta no Prince-sama CD series.
I have a picture of that too.  I'll put it up later.

Now that the weather's pretty good, I can walk around Akiba
every day during lunch and take pictures. (^_^;
