Agreed completely, also my current season favorite (Girls und Panzer
2nd, Kaibutsu-kun 3rd).

But the episode last night was just too serious.......
I watched the episode on a streaming site that allows realtime
comment.  Due to the nature of the anime, lots of nice comments can be
seen through out the previous episodes.  Last night only the first few
minutes has comments, then 20 minutes of dead silence.   Sad story.

Comrade Uesaka is a self-proclaimed Russia-otaku and Military-otaku.
She can speak Russian, and is currently in Jouchi (Sophia) University
foreign language department studying Russian, and won the 2012 Jouchi
university academic excellence award.  She also acted as 1-day captain
on Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force escort vessel JS Yamayuki.  She
wears lolita (she said it is her armor), and is the official model of
Baby, the Stars Shine Bright.

In current TV anime season, beside Chuunibyou, she voiced a Russian
tank commander in Girls und Panzer, who sang the Russian song
Kachuusha (together with Kanemoto Hisako) while in combat situation.
