First, which management agency you are talking about?  She has changed
her seiyuu management agency in 2011.  Even if she is "dropped", she
can simply sign another agency.

There is indeed rumours about her relationship with her bandmate.
IMHO it is private.  I do not see any anime director would not select
her because of this.  Toyosaki Aki is an example.

Indeed Hirano Aya has many non-seiyuu works these days, such as
musicals (Wuthering Heights in 2011, Les Miserables in 2013), stage
plays, TV drama, TV talent, etc.  But she still do seiyuu works.  E.g.
Sanders Highschool flag tank commnader Arisa in current TV anime
season Girls and Panzer.

I am not surprise that she "hate" otakus, after receving so many death
threats from them.

There is indeed rumours about a new Lucky Star TV series, because of
magazines saying that there will be an announcement related to Lucky
Star soon, but no one knows what exactly that  announcement would be.
