As for new fall anime TV series, I might follow these :
Ore no imouto ga konnani kawai wakeganai - Ayana !
Arakawa Under the Bridge 2 - the pace was sometimes too slow to watch,
but I still want to know if Nino-san really has a rocket
Shinryaku! Ika musume - Kanemto Hisako !  the manga story was not that
interesting
Kami no Mizoshiru Sekai - the manga story was not that interesting
Soredemo Machi ha Mawatteiru - the manga story was not that interesting
Toaru Majutsu no Index II - hopefully as good as Railgun
Sora no Otoshomono f (forte) - first series was fun
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt - strange setting, amekomi style
Emuemu! - Ayana !
Bakuman - the manga is very famous
Tegami Bachi Reverse - first series was a typical "naki" anime

OVA :
Black Lagoon Roberta's Blood Trail - girls with guns !
Tamayura - Ayana!  episode is very nicely done.  Waiting for the
remaining 3 episodes
