There was a special DVD given out to those who reserved the first
To Aru Kagaku no Railgun DVD or Bluray.
The special DVD contains the following.

    - MMR 8:50
      Motto Marutto Railgun (もっとまるっと超電磁砲[レールガン])
    - navigation special 12:30
      Tentou Navigation Bangumi (店頭用ナビ番組)
    - Level 5 ha Watashi yo! 42:00
      (学園都市最強女王決定戦レベル５は私よ！)
    - Comic market 76 promo video 2:20 

MMR is 100% anime made up of clips from the TV series.
I don't think there is any new animation.

The navigation special is hosted by Toyosaki Aki and Itou Kanae,
and they introduce the Railgun story and anime.

The Level 5 special is the best part of this DVD. The four main Railgun
seiyuu play games to see who has the most esp powers. The seiyuu are:
Toyosaki Aki, Itou Kanae, Satou Rina, Arai Satomi.

The first part was a self introduction, and they answered the question,
"Do you believe in ESP?"
After that, they played some games.

    - guess the object in a box
    - guess the different drinks
    - guess what scene the partner is acting
      (Rina and Satomi, Aki and Kanae)
    - do an experiment: make a paper float 

The overall winner was Toyosaki Aki.
